我只是想感谢你对我的椎管狭窄和腰椎间盘突出（脊柱神经和坐骨神经痛）在过去的几个月治疗中，收到满意的疗效。我的骨科医生曾建议做硬膜外麻醉的手术治疗。

我很高兴，我决定尝试针灸。在我来到诊所之前，因为不断的疼痛，彻夜难眠，用了大的止痛药，只能短期缓解疼痛。我觉得疼痛改善只是很短的时间。通过这段时间治疗，现在我能走更远的地方，事实上，我似乎每一天都在改善，我几乎是100％恢复正常。

Dear Dr. Chen,

I just wanted to thank you for the treatment I received during the last few months for my spinal stenosis (pinched nerve and sciatica). My orthopedist could only recommend epidurals and possible surgery.

I am glad I decided to try acupuncture instead. Before I came here I was unable to sleep because of the constant pain and could only walk short distances with a great deal of pain. I noticed an improvement in my condition after a very short time here and now I am able to walk as far as I want and am able to lie down pain-free. In fact I seem to be improving every day and am almost 100 percent back to normal.
