Establishment of New York Institute of Decheng Chen Acupuncture Techniques
On July 18, 2016, Dr. Decheng Chen was appointed by Wenzhou Medical University as the chief director of the Research Center of Acupuncture Technique, Sino-American Institute of Rehabilitation, Wenzhou Medical University. At the same time, the New York Institute of Acupuncture Techniques was established, and Dr. Decheng Chen was appointed as the executive director. The foundation ceremony was held at the Second Affiliated Hospital, and Professor Songhe Jiang , the chief of the Department of Rehabilitation, issued the appointment certificates to Dr. Chen.
