From October 23 to 25, 2016, a great conference celebrating the 60th anniversary of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and promoting the "first-class school, first-class discipline" was held in Wenjiang campus stadium. Nearly 2,000 people gathered together to celebrate the 60th birthday of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, witnessing its new journey of building “double first-class”. They were from the central and state government, provincial and municipal departments and sister Universities including former and current school leaders, founders, a large number of alumni at home and abroad, and the students and faculties of the whole school. Dr. Decheng Chen was invited to attend the 60th Anniversary of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the 30th Anniversary of Acupuncture and Massage College, where he made special academic lectures.
