Eczema baby treated with Chinese herbal medicine

My daughter is seven months old baby. She has eczema for four months. We visited dermatologist, which gave us steroid cream. We did not want to use it because of side effect.  Her skin was very rough and has red rashes are most on the face, and neck, also on her back, abdomen and legs, itching, scratching a lot, all the time cry, day and night.
